David Robinson founded The Lotis Group and has served as CEO since its inception in 2007. David is a New York State Professional Engineer and an ASTM-recognized Environmental Professional. Over his 19 year professional career, David has performed over 18,000 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in all 50 states and Canada. As CEO of Lotis, David directs the strategic direction of the company. Under his leadership, Lotis has flourished into a leader in the Environmental Due Diligence industry.
Since 2010, Kelly Reidy has been involved in various aspects of the environmental field with extensive experience in environmental due diligence. Kelly has completed hundreds of environmental site assessments and reports, including Transaction Screens, Phase I assessments, and intrusive (Phase II) studies that range from farmland, to shopping plazas, to heavy industrial sites.
Since 2013, Miles Walz-Salvador has been involved in various aspects of the environmental field with extensive experience in environmental due diligence. Miles has completed hundreds of environmental site assessments, including, Phase I assessments, informal biological assessments, migratory bird evaluations, FCC NEPA Checklist Reports and intrusive (Phase II) studies that range from farmland, to commercial properties, to industrial sites throughout the continental United States and Puerto Rico. Miles is a certified EPA and Colorado Asbestos Building Inspector, and has also obtained certification for OSHA 10-hour Safety & Health - Construction, OSHA 40-hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER), and ACOE 38-hour Wetland Delineation. As the NEPA Specialist, Miles takes the lead in completing all NEPA due diligence, which includes ESA Section 7 consultation and NPA Section 106 consultation.
For over nine years, Doreen has been Lotis’ Senior Project Coordinator, responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of thousands of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and numerous National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) environmental assessments. With a background in human resources, Doreen is key to Lotis completing all projects on time and within budget.
Matthew Green has been working in the Environmental field, specifically with a focus in environmental policy, throughout his college career and immediately after graduation in positions at the state level, local municipality, as well as the private sector. Matthew has completed over 100 environmental site assessments as well as aided in the completion of NEPA compliance studies specifically in the telecommunications industry.
Starting in 2015, DeAnna Anglin has experienced a variety of roles within the NEPA and due diligence realm. She has completed countless Informal Biological Assessments and more than 500 NEPA/NHPA Summary Reports nationwide and has assisted with the completion of NEPA checklist reports and Phase 1 environmental site assessments. She also is responsible for consulting with Native American Tribes, state and federal agencies, and local jurisdictions. She has experience in migratory bird surveys, Western Burrowing Owl surveys and bat surveys. Working in the field and with wildlife is her favorite aspect of her job.
