Since 2013, Miles Walz-Salvador has been involved in various aspects of the environmental field with extensive experience in environmental due diligence. Miles has completed hundreds of environmental site assessments, including, Phase I assessments, informal biological assessments, migratory bird evaluations, FCC NEPA Checklist Reports and intrusive (Phase II) studies that range from farmland, to commercial properties, to industrial sites throughout the continental United States and Puerto Rico. Miles is a certified EPA and Colorado Asbestos Building Inspector, and has also obtained certification for OSHA 10-hour Safety & Health – Construction, OSHA 40-hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER), and ACOE 38-hour Wetland Delineation. As the NEPA Specialist, Miles takes the lead in completing all NEPA due diligence, which includes ESA Section 7 consultation and NPA Section 106 consultation.
